Firstly the day started off early am. During the load in, we were careful to slowly checklist our equipment to avoid mistakes on a very important day. Generally the traffic is super busy coming from Burbank, Ca hence the early start. The bride selected our signature wedding dj services package.

Regardless of the wedding venue location we will drive to arrive 4 hours early.

Whereas a freeway shutdown or any other unforeseen delay would cause us to arrive late. Significantly the thick long lasting traffic delayed us only to be 3 hours early.

Obviously, Yes, I may be complaining but I am doing it to point out the dedication to preparing and arriving not late. Later in the event our gratitude comes full circle. Eventually the shade evolves and a cool breeze comes in. Indeed at this moment we are thankful that the traffic was not worse.

Wedding Dj Paradise?

Overall the key to the happy bride is our preparation with carefully loading of our equipment and triple check everything too. Certainly there is no turning back or driving back to the warehouse to grab something we forgot. More care has to be given to weddings unlike our kid birthday parties, corporate events or karaoke dj services but not limited to Wrap Parties.

Specifically The wedding dj package charges for a minimum 1 hour set up. We did not have the photo booth option back then. Subsequently we showed up 4 hours early. Why? To me it’s a bride’s special day. This way even, heaven forbid, I’m in a accident or breakdown, there is still enough time to reroute with a rental car, transfer equipment and get the job done.

Besides I figured out that showing up 4 hours early cool and refreshing, literally. Before the day arrives, that I look up the nearest 24 hour Fitness to the venue. After setting up I go to 24 hours, get a small work out, shower and show back up to my wedding. Fully refreshed and BOOM! Most importantly, the bride & coordinator were over the top happy!
